1. Purpose

FIGUREHOUSE Pilates respects your privacy and your right to control your personal information.

This Mobile App Account & Data Deletion Policy explains how users may delete their FIGUREHOUSE Pilates mobile application account and how users may request deletion of specific personal information associated with their account without deleting the entire account.

This policy applies specifically to accounts created for use of the FIGUREHOUSE Pilates mobile application.

2. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their FIGUREHOUSE Pilates mobile application account at any time.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleting the FIGUREHOUSE Pilates mobile application from your device does not automatically delete your account or personal information.

3. How to Delete Your Account

To delete your FIGUREHOUSE Pilates mobile application account:

Open the FIGUREHOUSE Pilates mobile application.
Navigate to your Profile or Account Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Follow the instructions provided in the application to confirm your account deletion request.

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed in accordance with this policy.

4. Requesting Deletion of Specific Information

You do not have to delete your entire FIGUREHOUSE Pilates account to request deletion of specific personal information.

If you would like certain information removed while keeping your FIGUREHOUSE Pilates account active, you may submit a request by contacting us at:

Please use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and identify the specific information you would like removed.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and locate your account before processing the request.

FIGUREHOUSE Pilates will review each request and, where permitted by applicable law and reasonably possible, delete or anonymize the requested information.

Some information may not be eligible for deletion when FIGUREHOUSE Pilates is required or permitted to retain it for legal, regulatory, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business purposes.

5. Account Deletion Request by Email

If you are unable to access the FIGUREHOUSE Pilates mobile application, you may request full account deletion by contacting us at:

Please use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your FIGUREHOUSE Pilates account.

We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and locate your account before processing the request.

6. Data Deleted

When your account is deleted, FIGUREHOUSE Pilates will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your mobile application account, to the extent reasonably possible and subject to applicable law.

This may include:

Name and email address
Account profile information
Login credentials
Information submitted through the mobile application
Account preferences
Other personal information directly associated with your mobile application account

When a user requests deletion of specific information without deleting their account, FIGUREHOUSE Pilates will delete or anonymize the specific information requested, where permitted and reasonably possible.

7. Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained when required or permitted by applicable law or when reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes, including:

Legal or regulatory compliance
Accounting or financial recordkeeping
Fraud prevention
Security purposes
Resolving disputes
Enforcing agreements
Protecting the rights, property, or safety of FIGUREHOUSE Pilates or others

Where information is retained, FIGUREHOUSE Pilates will retain only the information reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose and will handle such information in accordance with its privacy practices.

8. Effect of Account Deletion

Once your FIGUREHOUSE Pilates mobile application account has been deleted:

You will no longer be able to access the deleted account.
Personal information associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized, subject to the exceptions described in this policy.
Account deletion cannot be reversed.
If you wish to use the FIGUREHOUSE Pilates mobile application again, you may be required to create a new account.

Account deletion does not necessarily delete information that FIGUREHOUSE Pilates is required or permitted to retain under applicable law or for legitimate business purposes.

9. App Removal

Uninstalling or removing the FIGUREHOUSE Pilates mobile application from your device does not constitute an account deletion request.

To permanently delete your account and associated personal information, you must follow the account deletion process described above.

10. Privacy Policy

Additional information regarding the collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information is provided in the FIGUREHOUSE Pilates Privacy Policy.

Your use of the FIGUREHOUSE Pilates mobile application is also subject to the FIGUREHOUSE Pilates Terms of Service.

11. Changes to This Policy

FIGUREHOUSE Pilates reserves the right to update or modify this Mobile App Account & Data Deletion Policy at any time.

Changes become effective when posted through the applicable FIGUREHOUSE Pilates website, mobile application, or other official Company channel.

Your continued use of the FIGUREHOUSE Pilates mobile application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
