Welcome to FIGUREHOUSE Pilates. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FIGUREHOUSE Pilates website, mobile applications, online platforms, booking systems, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

2. About FIGUREHOUSE Pilates

FIGUREHOUSE Pilates provides fitness and wellness services, including but not limited to:

• Personal training

• Group pilates classes

• In-home pilates sessions

• Outdoor pilates programs

• Virtual pilates sessions

• Wellness programming

• Fitness education and related services

Services are provided by qualified Pilates professionals, which may include independent contractor instructors and Company-affiliated professionals.

3. Use of the Website and Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the website for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

• Interfere with website functionality or security.

• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful materials.

• Copy, modify, distribute, or exploit website content without permission.

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.

• Use the Services in a manner that could damage the reputation of FIGUREHOUSE Pilates.

• Muscle soreness

• Strains

• Sprains

• Falls

• Injuries

• Medical complications

You agree to:

• Participate only when physically able to do so.

• Inform instructors of relevant health conditions, limitations, injuries, or concerns.

• Follow instructor guidance and safety instructions.

• Seek medical advice when appropriate before beginning a fitness program.

FIGUREHOUSE Pilates does not provide medical advice, diagnose medical conditions, or replace professional medical care.

6. Bookings and Scheduling

Appointments, classes, and training sessions may be scheduled through the website, mobile application, phone, email, or other approved booking methods.

By booking a service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate scheduling information.

• Arrive prepared and on time.

• Follow applicable cancellation requirements.

• Provide reasonable notice if you cannot attend.

The Company reserves the right to modify schedules, substitute instructors, change locations, or cancel services when necessary.

7. Payments and Fees

Prices for services are displayed through approved Company channels and may change periodically.

By purchasing services, you agree to pay all applicable:

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Late cancellations, missed appointments, and no-shows may result in:

10. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

• Completed sessions are non-refundable.

• Digital products and downloadable materials may be non-refundable once accessed.

• Membership cancellations do not automatically result in refunds for prior payments.

• Package refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

All content available through the Services is owned by or licensed to FigureHouse Fitness LLC, including but not limited to:

• Branding

• Trademarks

• Training materials

• Class descriptions

• Digital resources

The FIGUREHOUSE Pilates name, branding, and related materials may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

You may use website materials only for personal, non-commercial purposes related to your participation in Company services.

12. User Content

If you submit content through the Services, including reviews, comments, feedback, photographs, or testimonials, you grant the Company permission to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for legitimate business purposes.

You represent that:

The Company does not control and is not responsible for:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FigureHouse Fitness LLC, FIGUREHOUSE Pilates, its owners, employees, contractors, instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:
